1. Eligibility & Bookings
- You must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license to book a self-drive experience.
- Passenger-only experiences are available to individuals of all ages, subject to safety rules.
- We reserve the right to verify your driving record before confirming your booking.
2. Required Documentation
- A valid government-issued driver’s license must be uploaded or presented before your booking is confirmed.
- Failure to submit required documentation may result in booking cancellation with no refund.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued once your reservation is confirmed.
- Vehicles must be returned in like-new condition. Any damage, excessive wear, or misuse will result in repair or penalty charges.
4. Safety and Conduct
- All renters and passengers must comply with staff instructions and safety briefings.
- We reserve the right to terminate any rental if reckless, aggressive, or dangerous behavior is observed.
5. Insurance Requirements
- Customers may be required to provide proof of personal auto insurance or purchase supplemental insurance coverage.
- GoFastLCR is not liable for injury or damage except in cases of proven company negligence.
6. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
6. GPS Monitoring & Driving Behavior
All GoFastLCR vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems that record:
- Speed and acceleration
- Harsh braking or erratic movements
- Attempted stunts or donuts
- Speed and acceleration
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Excessive speeding or racing
- Drifting or performing donuts
- Aggressive or negligent driving
- Leaving authorized driving areas
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Immediate termination of the rental
- Fines, repair costs, or surcharges
- Permanent ban from future bookings
6. Local Regulations
Customers are responsible for complying with any local city or county rules regarding vehicle operation or short-term rentals in their location.
Consent to Monitoring and Terms
By completing a booking through GoFastLCR, you acknowledge and accept this Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions, including the use of GPS and behavioral monitoring.
